About Us - Bama in Atlanta

Mission Statement

Bama In Atlanta is a non-profit organization that operates to support the university and build fellowship among the metro-Atlanta university community. The chapter supports the university academically by assisting with the recruitment of Atlanta-area students and funding scholarships to attract the best students from Atlanta-area high schools. The chapter promotes fellowship and professional development to the local university community through events that connect alumni and university supporters.

Join the Chapter

Join your fellow Alabama alumni and friends who have created a dynamic Roll Tide community here in the Greater Atlanta Area. Members include local business executives, families, community leaders, former varsity athletes, new graduates, and Tide fans from all over the metro area.

Your dues support the chapter’s scholarship fund and provide an operating budget for the chapter to organize events for both social and professional networking. While membership in the National Alumni Association supports a broad array of scholarships for in-state and out-of-state students, only Bama in Atlanta delivers dedicated scholarships for Atlanta-area students. Active members receive discounts on all Chapter-hosted events.
